Data Controller

What data we collect

Depending on the service provided, we collect the following data:

  • Shop orders: full name, delivery address, e-mail address, phone number, invoice details.
  • Account registration: e-mail address, password (encrypted).
  • Stationary appointments: full name, date of birth, phone number, e-mail address, health information necessary to perform the test.
  • Contact enquiries: e-mail address and data submitted in the contact form.
  • Cookies and analytics: IP address, browser type, activity data on the website.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Fulfilment of orders and provision of diagnostic services – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
  • Issuing invoices and fulfilling tax obligations – Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation).
  • Scheduling appointments and communicating with patients – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Marketing of our own products and services – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest), or where consent is required – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
  • Handling complaints and pursuing/defending legal claims – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Retention periods

Data related to orders and invoices is retained for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax obligation arose. Account data is held until the account is deleted or for 3 years from last activity. Data processed for marketing purposes is held until consent is withdrawn or an effective objection is raised.

Recipients of data

We may share your data with: courier and postal companies (order delivery), payment processors (e.g. Przelewy24, PayU), software providers (hosting, e-mail, CRM), and where required by law – public authorities. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Cookies

This website uses cookies that are necessary for its operation (e.g. shopping cart session, login) as well as analytical cookies (Google Analytics) and marketing cookies – only after your consent has been obtained. You can manage cookies through your browser settings or the consent management panel available on the website.

Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it (“right to be forgotten”), restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and – where processing is based on consent – withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
